Roasted Green Beans and Potatoes
These Roasted Green Beans and Potatoes make the perfect side dish. They are seasoned and baked in the oven until ready.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Red potatoes
  • 1 pound Fresh green beans
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Wash and diced potatoes. Place in a large mixing bowl with green beans. Pour in oil and seasonings and toss to mix. Pour onto the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve and enjoy.
