Roasted Green Beans and Potatoes |
Ingredients
- 1 pound Red potatoes
- 1 pound Fresh green beans
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Seasoning salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper (or to taste)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Wash and diced potatoes. Place in a large mixing bowl with green beans. Pour in oil and seasonings and toss to mix. Pour onto the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve and enjoy.
